IN-PERSON WELCOME
We're there when you arrive – to show you around, hand over the keys, and make sure everything feels right from the moment you walk in.
ARRIVAL APPERITIVO
Your first evening starts with a welcome drink, ready and waiting – setting the tone for your stay.
MID-STAY CLEAN
A full clean mid-way through your stay, so the house feels fresh without you having to think about it.
CONCIERGE SUPPORT
We're available throughout your stay for recommendations, reservations, or anything your group needs.
HOUSE & BEACH LINENS
Everything provided – beds made, towels ready, nothing to pack or plan.

What we can arrange

Every group is different. We work with trusted local partners — chefs, skippers, instructors — who know these places as well as we do.

PRIVATE CHEF
A local chef comes to the house – market-fresh ingredients, a menu built around your group, no restaurant required.
BOAT DAY
Enjoy the sea however you please. A full day, or just a couple of hours, the choice is yours. Swimming stops, hidden coves, lunch on board, wakeboarding and tubing.
YOGA
A private session at the house, morning or evening, with an instructor we trust.
BABYSITTING
Reliable, vetted local childcare so the adults in the group get an evening to themselves.
WINE TASTING
A curated tasting brought to you, or arranged at a local producer – guided by someone who knows the region well.
