About Booking:
Booking with us is personal, never automated. Start on the home's own page, where you'll find a live availability calendar – check your dates, then send us an enquiry with your group size. We'll reply personally, usually within 48 hours, with a tailored quote. Once you're happy, a deposit and a simple rental agreement secure your dates. From there we help with any pre-stay planning, and throughout your stay you have our concierge support on hand.
Yes – each home's page shows our latest availability as a guide, so you can see which dates look open before getting in touch. We'll always confirm exact availability personally when you enquire.
We reply to every enquiry ourselves, usually within 48 hours – often sooner. You'll always hear from a real person, never an automated system.
You can book directly with us, and we'd always encourage it. Booking direct gives you the fullest experience – a welcome aperitivo on arrival, all house and beach linen, a mid-stay refresh clean, and personalised concierge support throughout. Our homes also appear on a small number of selected platforms, but everything we offer is at its best when you come to us directly.
We're happy to help in both English and French – whichever you're most comfortable with.
About The Homes & Extras:
We currently have two homes: Il Polpo Nero, in the seaside village of Perd'e Sali near Pula in southern Sardinia, and Ker Gonan, on the beach at Le Pouliguen on the Brittany coast of France. A third – a riad in Marrakech – joins us in late 2026. You'll find full details, photos, FAQ and availability on each home's own page.
